What's the fuss? Do you think they would pack up the family silver, abscond with it, and leave SKTO shareholders staring at an empty larder? Treachery is not their plan.
It's apparent that SKTO assets are moving to a new house for which the new house will provide consideration. Remember the phrase, Where SKTO goes BB goes too? That is because SKTO owns 100% of Berkeley Bio which includes all the BB intellectual property.
