I spoke to Broadrige today and they sent me a file with the contact info for all back offices of the firms that house accounts with BCAP as 8/24/12.
If you can tell people to email me their brokerage firm name I can email the contact info to obtain their individual control #, then people can either go to the website or call then to cast their Consent.
The contact info phone and URL address are located on the document I have on the BCAP website.
