I think splitting up the operations into different companies is a brilliant idea. It serves us in the following ways
1.Protection by Diversification, lets say sale of MMJ is restricted to a few dispensaries or only a few grams/month; or one of the companies show a loss or goes downhill ; then we at least have the other sister companies growing well.
2.If they want to raise capital for seed company, they do not have to dilute medgreens or pharmajanes. They can rasie capital via AVNE. protects SKTO shareholders by not diluting one bit.
