That's what I'm saying. Those rights and future revenues belonged to SKTO. Like you said if we were not gaining from this transaction they would have committed fraud and would be liable to all it's investors. Sure this had something to do with the C.F. debacle as well. Might of been blackmailed or had to pay to silence.
