This cannot be all doom and gloom for us shareholders. Read past PR's and review conference calls. It would be totally illegal to mislead investors and would also be a complete undeniable failure of their fudiciary duty to it's shareholders if this transaction actually would harm/hurt shareholder value. I would think that would warrant all sorts of legal actions being sought against them. They don't want nor need anything that would tarnish their attempts to build a Nationwide/ Global Empire. Just think it is disrespectful to us shareholders that they have not produced a informative PR/ update letter to shareholders explaining the impact this has on shareholders.
