This looks much better. I  think TECO will improve all of our lives greatly. This is just my opinion, but I know the oil and gas business and it takes longer than most think. I would agree this is a little longer than usual but we are talking about a start up company that is drilling wildcat wells in a foreign country. I think Tx will be what makes us and Belize will be the icing on the cake. A very RICH and THICK icing.
