Heres one message that I think can be used against JSO, and the person that wrote it. This is why I think CDFT has a case, and should pursue suing her ass.

Cdft issued fake stock certificates . I saw the actual certificates myself. I called the transfer agent and they told me that those stocks do not exist. The certificates have no cusip number. I looked into the bonds from Brazil and my client is from brazil and he was aware that they have no value. Gary Deroos is charging fees for shares to be converted and for opinion letters and Everyone knows he is. not a lawyer. Cdft does not have any assets and during my investigation of cdft the only thing wrong with Janice Shells postings is she did not clarify. The reason cdft went down was due to Mr Riads reports to the sec against cdft and gary deroos for fraud. Joaeph E Riad sunk cdft. He was lied to and ripped off and he did something about it. He also took the artwork . I saw her article with the haloween picture of Mr Riad and clearly she is confused about the gold certificates and because she is no bond expert and assuming he/she thinks she knows anything she fabricated a chapter about a man that refuses any association with cdft. Again without true factual knowledge she posted pictures and opinions that are wrong similar to the ones that Gary deroos and the paid cdft plans post on this blog. The key thing is to post facts like I am doing now. I also hope that she does not have any issues coming forward like and testifying against cdft at the sec hearings and helping put this matter to bed. Cdft and Gary Deroos are a stain on the otc stock market ca orpet. Its spilled milk that cannot be recovered. In my opinion there is too much damages and issues coming forward that either cdft shuts down or turns its operation from credit cards to a comical reality show whereby Javan King and his mystical powers with his phillippino wife that is a ruler of an imaginary island wave a magic wand making the radcliffs manufactured home made artwork have a real value and sell it. We can use the same wand to turn Gary Deroos into a normal ceo from a California fruit loop issuing fake certificates but this will never happen. Cdft needs to catch up with its creditors to avoid litigation that is now imminent.
