I'm not saying Jan is a bad person, I'm a sales guy as well. In a lot of ways it takes one to know one. I've never been in the top 1% because my personal ethics get in the way. That's my choice to do business that way within my value system. I've met many hundreds of sales guys and there are all types. The top 1% of sales people at ANY company are usually doing things that would technically get them fired, however the numbers often make them their own boss and make the rules not apply to them. Some sales people make sales by selling ideas and then figure it out later. Some sales people are so honest that they find themselves out of sales extremely quickly because they cannot operate in "grey zones." Let me clear about this btw... There's a distinct difference between being an evil human and a cunning business man. Where is Henry on that scale? I don't know for sure but the evidence suggests an over promise under deliver style from a guy that was brought up in the world of Hipple shells. From the many people I've spoken to and traded notes with, Jan is a very nice guy and an intelligent visionary that has a collection of professional experiences, contacts and ideas that have lead him to be where he is... Pioneering medical marijuana companies. He is who he is. He is selling ideas and figuring it out. We have to be equally as cunning to know when we are being fed a pile of garbage and have realistic expectations on who we are investing in and how credible their time frames are. I have great friends that make a lot of money and are totally full of shit sales guys... to the people that they over promise for commission and deliver late or subpar products, they are dishonest. To me they are great friends. All we can do here is speculate because we have no leader, poor communication, and a long series of limited PR communications that time has proven to be inaccurate representations of what is really happening. This is all my opinion. Please sue IG first! he sucks and has bad intentions. My intentions are good.
