Hello, xxxxxx! It is with great regret that I must send out this email. I have always tried to be as transparent as possible so I feel that I must send this out as my last email to you about Pure NRG Fx. I will be walking away, as most of the other prior executives have, from this company for a multitude of reasons. First off, I'd like you to know that I moved my life to Raleigh, North Carolina to be a part of this company and help take it to the next level. I truly believed in the potential and sacrificed more than most know to make it happen. While almost every single person that was here when I started is now gone, and virtually no one is left in the office, I tried to stick it out till the very end as I am tenacious and loyal in everything I do. I never intended to work for Pure NRG Fx as I was starting my own network marketing company. I was an affiliate for Blue Bird Bids and like most other affiliates in that company, lost massive amounts of money. The "leadership" of that company, Blue Bird Bids, had let down thousands of affiliates by not paying commissions, shipping products or coming through on multiple promises. When that ownership made a decision to start Pure NRG Fx, I came down to North Carolina to set up a deal where the people of Blue Bird Bids that lost money could get a free position and possibly free product from the company. I thought this would help with their losses and at least give them a possible head start with a new opportunity without spending more money. While down here attempting to set up this deal, they offered me a position on the NRG corporate team. I thought I could help thousands of people and turn a complete disaster into a positive. With the potential of the brand name, Playboy, I decided to put my plans on hold and move my life away from my family and friends to NC. This was the first corporate position I had ever accepted as I had always been in the field as a top networker and income producer. Unfortunately, I witnessed some of the same traits I saw in Blue Bird Bids and when I addressed them, they were never acted on. I was promised that the future was bright so I continued to stay the course as others were leaving. For the record, I have not earned any corporate income since October. The one source of income that I've had was that my rent was paid. That ceased, without my knowledge, in January even though I worked a full month. Even with that being said, I continued to work diligently as I was promised things would change but nothing was ever followed through on. I have worked very hard on this project since just after it's conception with very minimal financial return. I moderated almost every single call, 4x per week for since June of 2013. I have worked 60+ hours most weeks answering calls, training, helping affiliates recruit, explaining "corporate" situations, recruited my own contacts only to have them be let down. Througout the entire course of my tenure, I was given very little ability to address issues that would help a network marketing company grow let alone sustain anything. For months, I was kept in the dark on multiple issues and recently things were revealed. With the new revelations and old unsolved issues, I cannot promote this company any longer with a good conscience. Again, there are multiple reasons but here are a few: 1. Matrix Commissions have not been paid for December or January and the other paid commissions and bonuses are continuously late and smaller than expected. 2. Product has not shipped out in a timely manner since mid-November and despite umpteen promises does not appear to be looking any better because of multiple issues. 3. Product was sold through other avenues and not included in the matrix. 4. Multiple investments from many people with lack of anticipated ROI were made. 5. NO checks and balances in accounting whatsoever. 6. New products, revised compensation plan, website design, international expansion and back office upgrades were talked about since October. I worked hard on these things for months and laid them out ready to go. Only thing needed was the trigger to be pulled. I promised the field on every single call that they were coming because that is what I was promised. We still don't have a single product lined up, a design for the product, a single back office upgrade, a comp plan revision in effect or any of the other empty promises that were stated. 7. No social media marketing or updates to our current website (please see the Halloween events listed under the events tab) 8. No other individuals with mlm experience are in what is left of the corporate office. 9. Many more reasons that I would rather not state in a public letter. I am truly sorry for the lack of follow through from the company on so many aspects. I could only do so much with the ability and authority given to me, which was minimal. I take great pride in my reputation and track record. I was front and center in Pure NRG Fx and the one "looked at" to be responsible for most everything going on. I was given a title with almost no ability to act on what should have been my duties. In retrospect, it was a farse. I am sorry for overpromising and hardly ever delivering but I had no control. If I could have done anything differently, I definitely would have. I will no longer be hosting the calls, returning corporate emails or phone calls, promoting this company or have any affiliation with it whatsoever. I received a text yesterday from the owner that the office will probably close on Friday, Feb 28. There has been virtually no activity there anyway for the last 30 days or so and I've received complaints that phone calls and emails are not being returned. The company MAY still stay open and operate as Lord knows there is a ton of product sitting in a warehouse and autoships are still coming in but I don't know what will happen. I know many people still do not have their product from past orders dating as far back as December. It would be my hope that all past and potentially future orders would be fulfilled. If the company does indeed stay open, I wish the company, affiliates that decide to stay and the new ones that come in the absolute best of luck. I have integrity, empathy, and compassion and I ALWAYS put the field first. That is why I wrote this letter although it was difficult to write. I didn't want to leave this company with the unfair perception I felt I had been given. I've been known to write incredibly long emails and there is much more to say but I feel this is suffice. This industry is all about personal growth and relationships. I value the relationships that I have built with so many of the affiliates in this company. The education of how NOT to run a company is priceless and will help me greatly in my future owneship endeavors. For the time being, I will be going back to the field to be an affiliate where I have had so much success throughout the years. I am constantly "in the know" and have researched several companies looking for the ownership and company traits I would provide in my own company. I will be aggressively building an international team with affiliates from around the world and placing them with premier positioning. I am excited to get back to my roots and build again because the compensation plan is FAR BETTER on the affiliate side! Successful people get knocked down dozens of times but always get back up! Live and Learn! I do not know what will follow this letter but if you ever need to get in touch with me please feel free to send me an email to team212marketing@gmail.com Keep in contact, you never know what the future will bring! Also, feel free to ask advice on any new ventures you may be looking at. I will always be willing to share what I know. Thank you again for what turned out to be an epic roller coaster of an adventure. Good luck in all of your future endeavors! For the last time, Yours Truly, Dave Pasquale 815.501.1381 |
