Scaling up with synergies. The point is AVNE has the knowhow to scale up oil extraction technologies that SKTO already owns and, synergistically, exploit extraction techologies that present bio-fuel and food production potential, an area that, interestingly, D. Gold worked on from the 1970's onward.
