Re: BULL2222 #25738

Let's say all goes well and the Chinese fund the drilling.  3-4 months minimum to completion and then I assume TECO will sell the working lease? Then sometime in the 3rd quarter TECO realizes a chunk of revenue minus any monies owed to the Chinese?  Then shareholders might see proof of the revenue in the 2014 10Q3 but doubtful.  Now due to the publicized non-disclosure agreements synonomous with these types of industry deals; the general public doesn't have a clue to the nature or percentage of Kubacak revenue until the SEC filings.
At the historical rate TECO drills and realizes revenue from the drills;  the revenue realized from the sold Kubacaks won't be for another year or in the 2014 10K.  Meanwhile what is going to support the daily drop in the PPS while shareholders wait another six months to a year for Kubacak results?  The Ihub attacks in combination with "slow" operations continues to be successful on lowering the PPS.  What do you think their plan is to increase shareholder value over the "short term"?  For example; those .005 shares I purchased almost one year ago made up for shares bought in the .05's-.09's.  Those .005's could have been .003's and still wouldn't have made up for past losses due to non-performance.  Do you think the 4's are a safe buy because given the history I don't and what seems to be a slow moving future; I bet we see .002's!
