Yes the L2 does include OTC and pinks. I have not used it much recently since FITX is taking a beating and I am in long.. You can probably review the L2 online at Schwab.com  They recently contacted me and invited me to join. A representative went thru the basics (I think they are promoting it) then after the  download and general discussions he gave me a phone number to a trader at Schwab. There are three different apps they are using in the promo but the primary one is designed to automate transactions for NASDAQ, etc and there are two apps available for active traders, the one I use is street smart edge. You would probably want to explore the two different apps for active traders to see which you like best. One of the apps has limited tools but the other has everything you could possibly need for charting, etc.
