The open house in my opinion was not meant to be a promotion but rather an education. Bill is building the company and the OTC market attracts a 'run and gun' type investor.
Ignore the day to day ups and downs and instead look for three things to happen:
1. Getting the license
2. Growing the product
3. Uplisting to NASDAQ
Be patient and hold...you will be rewarded over the next 1-5 years IMO.
