I hear you on that but it would be a little expensive to plan for the cold and only use it for a few weeks on a normal year. There is a learning curve on this so hopefully TECO has learned a lesson and will go full throttle between March and November and then coast until the weather breaks next year. I could live with that just don't tell us all this work is going to get done in Dec, Jan & Feb and we may be OK
