$SDVI ~  RF Range Extender (RangeBox)

• Need More Range From Your Wireless Device or Data Radio?

Easily Extend the range of your existing ISM band applications with the RB900, RB2.4 or RB5.x.

RangeBox technology allows all existing wireless links in the 900MHz, 2.4GHz and 5.xGHz ISM bands to operate with improved speed and over greater distances than otherwise possible.

Examples include:

- improving a marginal wireless LAN links to achieve full 54MBps data rate

- obtaining a long range 900MHz ISM band link where otherwise impossible under FCC rules

- Extend range of 5.x GHz Microwave based signals

Using a RangeBox is as easy as connecting it to your existing data radio and one or more additional antennas.

While RangeBox provides the unique ability to extend link range beyond what is normally possible when operating with any other existing radio technology, including MIMO, it requires no changes to any other RF hardware components you may have, and is indeed compatible with other more difficult to integrate or expensive range enhancement technologies such as MIMO or bi-directional amplifiers.

When deploying RangeBox nodes across a wide network in shared air space, interference between all users is decreased, which results in more frequency re-use potential and a higher probability of achieving fast data rates with less retries for technologies such as 802.11.
