Based on historical data; there is zero percent the 10K will be on time unless of course they keep their word this time and will it show improvement?  I won't hold my breath!  If it is on time then I will be very surprised. Management will continue to indirectly hide behind the petitioner's case while implying "it's all their fault for the lack of funding" to pay for the filing and operations.  As though it has nothing to do with managements years of incompetence, an inflated OS, too much money spent in Belize, Max M's salary, other consultants, CEO salaries, etc.  So they claim to be short $2mm due to a group of individuals who forced an involuntary BK!  Where is the rest of the money from all that promised BPD revenue? Why do all and I mean 99.9% of all milestones become false starts for 3.8 years now? I hope to hell there is really a Project X because that would explain the lack of attention, accuracy and milestone completions attained by the remaining operations. On the surface this looks very focked up!
