You can take down an entire sector if, and they are, naked shorting. Very simple. However, by allowing this destruction of small start ups, future start ups cannot depend on a reliable stream of funding. If I were to start have a start, I wouldn't. SORRY AMERICA, YOU LOSE OUT ON JOB CREATION AND NEW BUSINESSES. YOU CAN THANK GREED OF POLITICIANS AND CORPORATE/GOVERNMENT SCANDLES.
