Any idea how much it would be to complete Stockton

Any idea how much it would be to complete Stockton 3? Isn't drilling the most expensive part? If the Stockton was producing well then why not spend the short money to finish another well which in turn would give us another lease to sell. That's our new model but management doesn't want to finish another lease?
