(Pink Sheets:VPER) is pleased to announce that the Company, in partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions (an LED manufacturer and distributor), has recently unveiled a first-of-its-kind LED product line for Street Lights, Parking Lot Lighting and Indoor Lighting with Apollo's patented horizontal/vertical plane angle system for optimal beam distribution.

Apollo Metro and Viper Networks are also introducing a full selection of intelligent LED lighting solutions that provide turnkey advanced LED lighting technologies for metropolitan areas, parking lots and warehousing facilities. Apollo has combined LED Lighting, Wireless MESH, Sensors, Infrared and Video into a single propriety design.

These new products include: 1) Apollo LED + Wireless (Smart LED Series), a two-way, MESH wireless network using licensed or license free spectrum in the 900MHz thru 5GHz frequency range. Used for remote control operations, monitoring, SCADA and Smart Grid applications; 2) Apollo LED + Sensor (Juno LED Series), for motion sensor-equipped streetlights which dim to 20 percent power when not activated. May also be used for smart highway systems to monitor road conditions or track vehicles; and 3) Apollo LED + Infrared & Camera (Eos LED Series), with a built-in Hemispheric camera that achieves a 360° view. Using the infrared option the EOS-IR can operate when visible light is turned off.

However, the Smart LED Series (Apollo LED + Wireless & Smart Grid) has the capability to provide street wide wireless access for several different applications. The Apollo Metro Solutions design encompasses an all-in-one housing unit that allows for secure access to create a MESH network over a city block or a city wide area to integrate and link Smart Parking Meters, Electric Car Charging Stations and Utility Meters.
