Great comparison pitbull. This is a once in a lifetime situation to be in...maybe twice. Prop 19 was a warmup to what is about to hit this sector in the next few weeks, and I mean that without hesitation or an ounce of doubt.
Polls showing better strength than in 2010 at this time in at least two of the three states voting on full legalization of marijuana. Three states voting on full legalization versus just Cali in 2010 (which only failed the vote by 6 percentage points!).
Presidential election this year bringing many more folks to the polling booths, thus improving the odds that a state will pass, by a large margin (Gallup polls showing 50% of Americans are in favor of legalization).
An October 16th appeal hearing with the DEA to reschedule marijuana out of a purely narcotic schedule 1 classification (probably the biggest speculative potential the market can imagine).
This is a sector that has shown strength in itself...consider: If the sector as a whole were a stock one was trading , would we not consider it a very solid gamble? The sector has continuously grown in terms of more and more states developing MMJ laws and other states relaxing their penal system towards marijuana offenders. Upward momentum is increasing in velocity as well across the sector...another bullish trend. Any resistances encountered, ie, the feds raiding dispensaries....making it more difficult for MMJ entities to get financial backing from banks, loans etc....have been met with triumphs, ie, bans being lifted in Cali and other road blocks being overcome.....
Overall, I see much green in our future here in the MMJ sector, and I think RFMK with the help of Cheryl and the gang, will lead the pack when we go into the elections in 6 weeks.
GL players!!
