Disclaimers typically clearly show whether compensation is involved, and in what form.  Personally I do not believe EWSI leadership will conduct a paid awareness campaign yet.  Wouldn't make any sense until after the K is released with audited numbers.  Even then I do not believe this type of marketing will be accomplished until at least the second half of 2014.  The company has no control over what 3rd Parties do though.  Very common for a large shareholder in an OTC company to pay for a short promo.  Here's the disclaimer for the site you've provided:
