(OTCQB: MHYS) announces the launch of a new joint venture with entertainment networking company 22 Social Club Productions Inc., for the production of live events and the development of film and broadcast content. The new joint venture will operate under Hysteria Productions, Inc., a controlled subsidiary of MHYS, and will operate as "Hysteria Productions."

Mass Hysteria CEO Dan Grodnik stated, "This new venture was created to give MHYS a footprint in the live event business to complement our existing business in film, television, and entertainment ventures.
