Yes, but someone also bought those same shares for .0001.  It wasn't me, BTW, lol.  I bought 500k at .0002 the other day to bring us back up at the close.  If we split and we want to see us start at .03 instead of .015, maybe we can take turns buying a handful on the ask close to the close if we're at .0001 so we end the day up a pip.  Unless, of course, we go to no bid, then folks might see buys at .00005... saw that on GER$.  Speaking of which, that one has had 3 R/S and dilution needed to pay off debt, and they had no approval issues back in October '11.  Just some random thoughts.
