The OTC market needs a specialist to cater to the needs of young innovative companies. If people want to have the US grow again, the OTC market is the publicly traded engine where it starts. BCAP will work to facilitate that.
Matt has taken many steps to ensure everything is kosher. As I wrote on Friday, don't look at today's share price, watch it over time.
$0.0002 is the bottom and IMO the new bottom just on Friday's news should be much higher (over $0.0004). Maybe the $350-400k liabilities write-off will trigger something, maybe it will be some other material announcement.
