Buying pressure ongoing today. Still early though. Wait till lunchtime when the Adam Henry's drive the price down. I personally could not buy this now not knowing what is happening.
Magnolia had an excellent point though about Treaty not answering the phones. Most likely those calling re still dialing the former number.
