Dr. Robert Henry Keith Sloan served as Head, Department of Accounting and Finance and School of Commerce and Management at Southern Cross University. Dr. Sloans' academic appointments at Southern Cross University, Lismore, Australia for more than 25 years, including Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor teaching, researching in Corporate Finance, International Finance, Investment and Portfolio Management, Economics and Supply Chain Manager. Dr. Sloan serves as a Director of Digiland Pty Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Digiland International Ltd. Since July 26, 2005, he has been an Independent Director of Advanced Integrated Manufacturing Corp., Ltd., a company majority-owned by a major shareholder of Digiland International Ltd. He served as an Independent Non Executive Director of Digiland International Ltd. from January 26, 2007 to October 2011. He served as Senior Lecturer and then Associate Professor teaching and researching in Corporate Finance, International Finance, Investment and Portfolio Management, Economics and Supply Chain Manager. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences in the UK, Canada, South Africa and Australia. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia and an Associate Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management. Dr. Sloan holds a PhD, Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales.
