Steve's plan is to retire some 100 M shares in the far future ( maybe still no  definite time  in this decade) and dilute 2.4 Billion shares  to get imagine TV in the near future( maybe before March 2014), am I  right??

that's the plan he want to:  1. Protect Shareholder interest
2. Grow Shareholder value

now I  tend to agree with basementboys in liehub at some extend, what they were bashing  in liehub before now has been proved to be true by Steve.....
