So with 4 Billion shares already out, he needed more to keep control of PNCH? That is absolute BS unless he liquidated shares. Where did all those shares he gave himself last year go? He gave himself 850 million last year. Where did those go? I just cant believe that anybody still believes in him... Freaking amazing how people just follow blindly...
