Difference is, come Jan, if the turd isn't flushed in Nov, you'll have your wish for higher taxes. But contrary what you believe, it won't be geared towards the 1%. Approx 65% of the stock and fund investing workers will get hit with the change in capital gains and dividend taxes moving from 15% to 43%. You think that will hurt the 1% that you hate so much? Ha-Ha! Not a chance. But it will really hurt the 99%, at least those who choose to work for a living instead of leeching and sponging off of us. But it will absolutely affect each of us little guys.
