Here' just one of the many posts by Gordon. Who say's he is not Gordon. What a lying sack of chit he is. He onluy posts fact. But just this week he said it is his opinion treaty is lying.
Believe you are talking about me. If you are, what you say is not true.
I welcome the Belize Supreme court judgement against the Government of Belize who awarded offshore oil concessions to companies (including Princess Petroleum Ltd and Providence Energy Belize Ltd ) who “did not demonstrate a proven ability to contribute the necessary funds, assets, machinery equipment tools and technical expertise necessary for the effective performance of the terms and conditions of the agreements.”
As far as I am aware, Treaty were not even a legal entity in the USA when the Princess concession was awarded on 17 th October 2007. Treaty came into the picture later when an Option Agreement was signed between them and Princess Petroleum in Panama on 10 th April 2010.
I am a retired, environmentally conscious, oilman. I am not an environmentalist. As such I am an active supporter of onshore drilling in Belize outside environmentally protected areas which has the potential to increase the wealth of the shareholders of the companies involved and the country of Belize.
My earlier issues with Treaty were over the poor quality of their initial onshore operations in Belize which – in my view – did not meet the required International Petroleum Industry Standards (and compromised the value of the wells for shareholders and to the Belize environment and economy). I believe this situation has now been rectified, as I saw for myself on my site visit to San Juan #3 on 31 st March 2013.
