It DOES NOT CONJURE UP images of a straight, legitimate, impeccable company. Benz and Allyn do. Jan doesn't. I pray and hope it was just a movie of a fictional nature. To that end creativity is ok with me and encouraged, but if Jan has underworld ties it is a big NO, NO.
What would you say is the tie up in the merger/FS/name change/cusip/divvy delay?
