Pro: This is getting out of hand. If I were Jan, I'd likely be incensed by these unsubstantiated allegations and innuendos on this board. They're libelous, are they not? Fair is fair. This is not fair to any man without direct substantiation of the allegations.
In the SKTO NASD disclosure form, this is stated verbatim:
