First of all SRGE is not a scam. Let's look up the word acquired and see what that word means concerning SRGE assets. That way the truth in the wording will be understood and not be misrepresented or taken out of context.
Acquired - To gain possession of.
If you acquire a company's assets then an acquisition MUST take place.
Asset acquisition - The acquirer buys some or all of the target's assets/liabilities directly from the seller. If all assets are acquired, the target is liquidated.
If the assets to be acquired are not held in a separate legal entity, they must be purchased in an asset sale, rather than a stock sale, unless they can be organized into a separate legal entity prior to sale. Subsidiaries of consolidated companies are often organized as separate legal entities, whereas operating divisions are usually not.

So that means when MSJ stated in it's press release on 02/11/2013 that it acquired ALL of SRGE assets and there will be another writing of events. The next writing of events will inform stock holders of the acquisitions details. There are many different types of acquisitions and they are complex in nature. Huge financial deals take time to develop properly. But I can reasure investors that in my opinions it will benefit share holders is a positive financial way.
