LARGO, FL, Feb 19, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Garb Oil & Power Corporation (OTC Pink: GARB) -- As companies in other States have been required to plan and execute human resource initiatives to accommodate their own State's passage in legalizing the use of marijuana, Garb Oil & Power is committing to take an active role in the development of human resource guidelines if the State of Florida voters in November pass a proposed constitutional amendment for the use of Medical Marijuana, especially in the manufacturing industry.
