We will all be fine. BCAP has survived one year of the worst bashing I've ever seen anywhere (and I do some good bashing on scam stocks). Not only that, but 45 shareholders still decided to trust Matt and co-invested privately with BCAP.
Today's announcement will benefit every BCAP shareholder. Funds wouldn't have flowed otherwise.
