DNA Dynamics, Inc. in Negotiations With Multi-Million Dollar Franchise for Mobile Gaming Rights DNA Close to Completing Negotiations With Major Hollywood Studio
LEAMINGTON SPA, ENGLAND--(Marketwired - Feb 18, 2014) - DNA Dynamics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNAD) today announces that it is in negotiations for the mobile gaming rights to a major license that is a household name to millions of Americans. Under the agreement, DNA Interactive Games, a subsidiary of DNA Dynamics will be able to exploit the license over a three year period, making multiple titles and maximising the revenue opportunity during the period.
The agreement covers some of the classic TV series of a generation and will allow DNA to exploit selected titles to turn into mobile gaming experiences for the duration of the agreement. Games in this genre have make incredibly successful video game titles as Head of Marketing for DNA, Bill Miller noted when making the announcement:
"We are very excited at the prospect of bringing a major TV franchise to mobile game audiences as this is a hugely expanding area for the video games industry. A great example of a success story for our industry is 'The Simpson: Tapped Out' which came from EA. At its height, hit 2.8 million daily active users, boasted 1.97 'donuts' spent as in-game currency and is reported to have earned EA over $100m in revenues. We don't have as title as big as that on our hands, but we do believe we have something special."
