I noticed something incredibly interesting today...there was a block of 6M shares on the ASK at .011 that moved to the BID at .01 and most of it got filled. Now there is another 5M bid at .01...I've seen this done before, and it's usually one simple tactic: place a "ceiling" on the stock by putting up a huge ask, then have the price go down and then throw up a large bid to buy shares from the scared sellers who see the huge stack at the ask. It's very effective if done properly with thinly traded stocks (such as Baltia). But, as I cannot prove that this is one individual doing this...I shall ask again:
