UCTT reported its financial results, exceeding its revenue, gross margin, and EPS guidance.
For the fourth quarter 2013, UCTT posted revenue of $126.3 million, a 40.2% increase year over year, and net income of $6.4 million, or $0.22 per share (basic and diluted), compared to a net loss of $1.2 million, or a loss of $0.04 (basic and diluted) per share, in the same period the prior year.
