Except that today $BCAP gained a new virgin shell (valued at something), and that virgin shell will be filled with operating companies (valued at something).
So the market doesn't yet understand what those operating companies are and doesn't know their valuation -- yet.
The game can only go on so long. Next week the quarterly confirms the huge leap in $BCAP's net asset valuation. Then the audit drafts provide third party verification of everything Matt Dwyer says, etc., etc.
At some point the market will appreciate $BCAP significantly. Today was the first time in how many months that the 3 wall was broken? Again without confirmation on the size or scope of assets being acquired by the virgin shell.
There's a lot to play for here and major benefits for all shareholders, accomplished without dilution.
