Founded in 1990 E.M Tool Company, Inc. dba Elite Machine Tool Company (“Elite”) specializes in the sale of pre-owned machine tools from Mori Seiki and other high end Japanese machine tool manufacturers.
Elite became a subsidiary of M Line Holdings, Inc. (formerly Gateway International Holdings, Inc.), (ticker symbol “MLHC”) in 2002.The management of Elite locates, evaluates and acquires well maintained pre-owned equipment for resale. This equipment is refurbished and serviced in Elite’s 15,000 square foot facility in Anaheim, CA. The facility is both a showroom and service center. Each piece of equipment purchased goes through a rigorous multi-point inspection to certify that the machine performs to industry standards. Elite’s inventory is generally between 10 and 15 machines.
Equipment is sold “as is” however in most instances customers see and test the equipment before delivery. In addition to machine sales, Elite services equipment and also does full machine rebuilds managed by technicians with over forty years combined experience. The rebuild and repair business is very profitable. The Company has established a strong and loyal customer base and is now gaining a reputation for service and rebuild work.
In addition to pre-owned, Elite is currently selling two lines of high quality new equipment, the first manufactured in South Korea by DMC Company, Ltd and the second line of equipment is manufactured in Taiwan by LK Machinery.

Precision Aerospace and Technologies, Inc. (“Precision”) (formerly Eran Engineering, Inc.) has been in business since 1976. It was acquired by M Line Holdings, Inc. (formerly Gateway International Holdings, Inc.), (ticker symbol “MLHC”) in 2003. Precision is a customer focused, industry leading aircraft component manufacturer offering low cost build-to-print and assembly services for production and spare parts, with design, development and sustaining engineering support services for their customers.
Precision, has an installed base of over forty CNC machines manufacturing precision metal parts primarily for the aerospace and medical industries. Precision’s largest customers are Panasonic, Rockwell Collins, Goodrich (now UTC) and Danaher (Iris International). Panasonic has been a Precision customer for the last 20 years.
Precision manufactures in-flight entertainment parts and assemblies for many of Panasonic Avionics IFE programs and builds parts for UTC’s nacelle division that is a first tier supplier for the Airbus A 320 neo, the Bombardier C series, and the Mitsubishi RJ series aircraft. The A320 neo, which is still in the development stage has the largest backlog of orders of any commercial aircraft being manufactured today.
The aircraft structural market is generating new sales and increased operating margins, and we anticipate receiving long term contracts for parts in the near future.
Precision’s headquarters are located at 2672 Dow Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780, a 50,000 square foot facility including 8,000 square feet of office space. Currently the Company utilizes approximately 25,000 square feet of manufacturing space, with adequate room for expansion within the building.
Precision’s capabilities include CNC machining, milling, assembly, turning, programming and assembly and uses a StrataSys 3D Printer for parts approval where necessary. Precision’s programming capabilities include Catia V, Licensed for CAD/CAM.
Precision has also established Business Partnership Agreements with EXMD Airframe (former Boeing Canada/Aero Mecachrome) and Fairtech Engineering in India.
