TUSTIN, Calif., Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- M Line Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB:MLHC) ("M Line") announces that Precision Aerospace and Technologies, Inc., an operating subsidiary of M Line has entered into a co-operation agreement with Structural Integrity Engineering, Inc. ("SIE") headquartered in Chatsworth, California with additional offices in the State of Washington and Spain. SIE whose customers include Boeing, FedEx, L-3 Communications, United Airlines, will provide comprehensive engineering and manufacturing solutions to both SIE and Precision's customers.
Tony Anish, M Line's COO stated, "This is yet another example of the manner in which M Line is expanding its aerospace customer base and its ability to service those customers with their manufacturing, assembly and kitting requirements as well as, through this relationship, provide engineering design and certification services. We hope to announce our first joint project very shortly."
Bruce Barren, CEO stated, "One of our core objectives is to reduce customer concentrations in order to achieve a larger customer base with less reliance on any one customer as has been M Line's situation in the past. This is a further step in that direction and we are excited by the prospects of this team relationship and the overall benefits to M Line shareholder value through increased revenues and profits. SIE has a number of existing relationships which would be new for M Line where we can provide a critical manufacturing source for them. They represent to us important revenue and enhanced profit opportunities to say the least. These types of customers provide higher margins due to the reduced marketing costs, once the relationships are established."
Matt Creager, SIE's President stated, "SIE's customers have been looking for a one stop shop to get the aircraft modification and design they require with the ability to manufacture, assemble and the kitting of the parts necessary to upgrade their aircraft. The relationship with Precision Aerospace & Technologies gives us the ability to provide full service engineering and customer aircraft parts manufacturing to our customers."
