| FROM CEO ED STARRS: There are no lawsuits, current or pending against MyECheck, Edward Starrs or anyone affiliated with MYEC. There are no bankruptcies, current or pending for MyECheck, Edward Starrs or anyone affiliated with MYEC. There have never been any stock promotions engaged by or paid for by MyECheck, Edward Starrs or anyone affiliated with MYEC. Mr. Starrs's ex-wife received no shares of stock in their divorce settlement, or ever. Neither the Company nor the Management are selling shares of MYEC stock. We are working with accountants on our financials towards contracting with an auditor, and will have audited financials again as soon as possible.
