so delays inveigh against longterm investor until they have the BLM and ADEQ water permits
in the very business friendly jurisdiction where I did some land use planning developers would just redraw zoning maps-even spot zoning- without a hearing and nepa sepa EA etc were just formalities to get around and they had facilitators to make sure everything went smoothly for the developers- even so, if a project was delayed by a lawsuit, the backpocket deep investor would disappear,thus ending the project- the value of time and money -because the deep investor could find an easier route to make a killing
the EA progress is surprising and encouraging-since i thought that progress like the ADEQ permit was dead as per contacts on this board w various agencies who reported they were waiting on SIRG and 10q silence on these things, but lack of news from SIRG is an indication that overall things are not going so well-especially on the financial front
they need deep pockets so they can escape the excruciating torture/headache of the cobbled short term financing w a series of overdue notes-IF they get at least blm permit maybe they can find deep pockets
