I'll try and answer your question. Audits just don't move that fast. Sometimes takes months to compete an audit like this. The CEO is thinking "long"term." He wants to get off the "silly" pink sheets and become a fully compliant company more than anything. He's just as tired of the games they play here as we are. If the SEC is satisfied the books are in order, we as shareholders will then get a clean slate to build on. Unfortunately, these games jeopardizes shareholder value and that is the chance you take when you play with penny stocks. Sometimes, the stock and the company are quite different as the company may be doing great but the stock is subject to all kinds of uncontrolled influences as is the case here.
