IMPORTANT: IFON CEO holds 30.2% of shares. For what reason? Obvious To make money like everyone in this capitalist system. How is he gonna make money?
1) When stock price goes up to sell his shares. Lets look at this option. When stock price was trading between 15 and 20 dollars in 2005, 2006 he didn't sell shares . So it means he doesn't like to sell his shares even the stock price goes up. so how he is gonna make money..
2) Take a look at the second option. yes TO GET DIVIDEND .
The company is in the direction of that way.. Sales, increases, profitability increases.. New Ingram Micro deal is huge.. Their products sold out.. the direction of handsets is Unlocked phones.
THE COMPANY HAS NO DEBT.
when they post big profits what will they do?
probably to pay dividend that is the way CEO can make money IMHO.
IF THEY POST BIG PROFITS STOCK PRICE WILL SKY ROCKET..
THE COMPANY HAS LOW FLOAT.. EASILY CAN PAY DIVIDEND.. wHAT IS GONNA HAPPEN? HEDGE FUNDS AND MUTUAL FUNDS WILL ATTACK TO HAVE SHARES..
3) Another option to get an offer from big companies like Facebook, Twitter both companies need a Smart Phone company..
Remember Goggle, Microsoft have their cell phone companies,..
