Actually Treaty (Reid, Lucyzwo, Hardin and Yorke)

Actually Treaty (Reid, Lucyzwo, Hardin and Yorke) failed in Belize and IMO Max was one of the few people who really knew what he was doing.

I hear rumours that he is already back in Belize working for someone else.
