Understood.....but don't overly concern yourself with the pps as it is today. Keep in mind that we know Baltia is going to make it. If someone wants to dump shares because they don't have the balls to stick it out, let them. Focus on the pps 4 months from today. You know it will be well above where it is right now.
The pps today does not reflect on "the health" of Baltia. Baltia isn't going bankrupt - to the contrary, Baltia right now has more $ than it actually needs (and you won't see this in the 10-K due out April 1st, since this new capital came in after the close of business 12/31/2013).
You know as well as I do that Igor never raises the authorized shares until he has someone willing to buy them......and he still had 330 million left unsold when he raised the A/O this last time. Ask yourself - why would he raise the authorized shares this time if he still had 330 million available?.........lol..........he needed the extra shares to sell a total of 4 million dollars worth at .005, since he knew he had the buyer.......
(Again.....all of this is "just my honest opinion").
Besides.....my group has bids in for 10 million shares and the will to up that by 10 fold if the opportunity affords itself.
If Bobby can get this thing to go subpenny, we are going to give him a little competition............
