The "seers" finally realized what student Warren Buffett learned in the 1950's from the father of value investing, Prof. Benjamin Graham, at Columbia U. business school, i.e., market cap is an extremely important tool in measuring undervaluation or overvaluation of a stock compared to its sector peers. Article mentions SKTO's rather small market cap. Relative to other players in MMJ that get the most attention, SKTO market cap is not "rather small," it's pocket-sized. Ps. Buffett was the only student ever to receive A+ for Graham's business course.
