I am based in London, UK.

I think HIMR is a long play not a short play. Unfortunately every once in a while promoters, traders, flippers, et al will take advantage of it but the day will come when as soon as they flippers sell off for whatever percentage gains 50% to 500%, that HIMR will just breakout  northward and not look back anymore. So it is one's choice to either endure it now and be gratified in full much later, or join the "instant coffee, microwave ready" punters.

My upbringing confirmed by Uncle Warren Buffet says "...delayed gratification is a sign of maturity..." and I am sticking with it here with HIMR even though I get annoyed once in a while and feel the agony. No pain, no gain.
