Mgazel beat me to it. His brain synapsis was faster then mine. Something in the back of my mind kept knawing at me and asking me why of all the partnerships CCO was partnered with, why did CCO only include ICPA in the their PR? What was so special about IcPA that CCO chose to highlight this specific company in their PR? And who is Citadel buying all those cheapest shares for? And for the pps to have been pressured down for so long has got to be the work of a major entity or behalf of some major whale(s) maybe?
I think that CCO is thinking outside the box and shooting for a game changer due to the shakeup and consolidations going on in the industry. If i were CCO i would use ICPA as a vehicle to help accomplish my objective and to remain competitive in the market with a big game changing strategy. And i would buy ICPA while it is cheap and fresh and brand new vehicle!
Maybe this was already in the mind of Samblis........and hence why he is so comfortable knowing the pps will fly very high in the future and why he is not so concerned about the pps. He keeps consistantly saying that if shareholders knew what he already knows then shareholders would be acting very differently and would be buying this thing up like hot cakes. But of course we all know there is no freaking way he could ever ever telegraph such a thing...........yet. just something to ponder about. Peace and prosperity to us all.
